Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day

RESOLUTION'NO. 75-300
APPROVING S;;DE YARD VARIANCE FOR LOT ;4, BLOCK 5.,"WOOD CREEK"
WHEREAS, Lundgren.Bros. Construction Company has requested variance
'rom the City Code with respect to side yard.setback on Lot 4,
Block 5 "Wood Creek'' and;
WHEREAS, raid variance request does not appear to be contrary to the
public interest and does constitute a hardship;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ,THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and.hereby does approve construction
on said Lot 4, Block 5 "Wood Creek" within 5 feet of the easterly
property line.
FURTHER, the City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of
this resolution for recording purposes.
