HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-297WHEREAS, J3 Associates on behalf of Universal Reinforced Plastics, Inc. and Progressive Plastics has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit for, said firms to occupy 60,660 square feet of the structure at 1946 Fern - brook Lane for the operation of plastics fabrications businesses; and, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit with conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYM7U'iN, MINNESOTA that it should a;d hereby does approve a Conditional Use ;Permit. for Universal Reinforced Plastics, Inc. and Progressive Plas- tics to occupy 60,660 square feet of the building at 1946 Fernbrook Lane for the fabrication of plastics, subject to the following conditions: 1. No variances be permitted for sign placement or area and that final sign design be submitted to the Director of Planning and CommAity Development for his approval. 2. Compliance with I.1 performance standards. 3. No outdoor storage of waste, garbage -pr materials. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof:- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, The following vuted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passel and adopted. ♦,rnr *,ter ,�,rnr
