Cash payment of $1,000 to the Park Dedication Fund. 2. All storage of waste and garbage be within the building. All outside storage of materials shall be screened as per site plan. 3. A landscape and drainage band be posted with the City prior to issa building permit. 4. No more than two drive entrances be allowed onto Nathan Lane; however, an access drive for employee parking be allowed on loth Avenue North positioned as far easterly from the corner of loth Avenue North and Nathan Lane as possible. The northernmost entrance on Nathan Lane is to be deleted. S. Utility an&drainage easements as recamnended by the City Engineer be made a part of this recommendation.
