Lane; and, i REAS, a public bear =g•was held on June 16, 1975 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and, WHEREASnotice.,o£:--publication was published and posted two weeks prior to the meeting o€ June 16, 1975; and, WHEREAS' the Council did hold a public hearing on June 15, 1975 to consider any and all interested parties.relative to the vacation of 11th Avenue North between Harbor Zane and Juneau Lane; and WHEREAS it was det-or ina; by the City Council that lith Avenue North is not needed for a public street betweer. Harbor Lane and Juneau Lane, NOW, THERMU, Bp iT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CcIUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMD(ftti, . MINNESOTA that 11th Avenue North between Harbor Lang and Juneau Large is hereby vacated. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in -favor t ereof: Mayon Hi l de. Councilmen Hunt- Neils, R Seibold and Spaeth The fol'owing voted against or abstained:none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly and passe adopted.
