RESOLUTION NO. 75-287
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION - PROJECT NO. '519
WHEREAS pursuant to a resolution of the Council passed May 5, 1975 the City Consulting
Engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates. Inc. has prepared plans and
specifications for the construction of sanitary sewer, water main. storm sewer,
9 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter in the PlayhouseIndustrial
Park Second Addition'(located between Ranchview Lane and Niagara Lane, south of
Trunk Highway 55) and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council
for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BEAT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:

1. Such plans and specifications,a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in
the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making: of such
improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement: -shall
be published for three days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that
bids will be received by the Clerk until 10:30 a.m. on July 7, 1975 at which time
they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works.Building,,'
14900 23rd Avenue North by the City Manager and the City Engineer and will be
considered by the Council at 7:30 p.m: on July 7, 1975 in the Council Chambers and
that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied

by a cash deposit, cashiers check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the City

Clerk for five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
roar, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
