RESOLUTION NO. 75- 285
ACCEPTING BIDS
PROJECT NO. 501 - FERNBROOK LANE
PROJECT NO. 518 - PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of the following
projects:
PROJECT 501 - The improvement of Fernbrook Lane between T.H. 55 and approximately
1000 feet north (north line of Lot 1, Block 2, Fox Meadows First Addition) by the
construction of 9 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, drainage
structures and all necessary appurtenances, and
PROJECT 518 - The improvement of the streets in the Plymouth Freeway Center Addition
by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, 9 ton bituminous streets with
necessary storm drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that C.S. McCrossan, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with C.S. McCrossan, Inc. of Minneapolis. Minnesota in the name of the
City of Plymouth for the improvement of:
Project 501 - Fernbrook Lane between T.H. 55 and approximately 1000 feet north
(north line of Lot 1, Block 2, Fox Meadows First Addition) by the construction
of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage structures
and all necessary appurtenances.
Project 518 - streets in the Plymouth Freeway Center Addition by the installation
of sanitary sewer, water main, 9 ton bituminous streets with necessary storm
drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances.
