adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-28.2
BOND REDUCTION
RANCHVIEW MANOR ADDITION
WHEREAS, Hussman Investment Company, (I.T. Maus) developer of Ranchview Manor Addition
(file A-365) has agreed to perform certain off site improvements (site grading, sodding,
etc.) as per the development contract dated July 1T,-1072,
WHEREAS, in accordaii..ar- with said development contract, the developer has posted a
Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $3,350.00 to cover such improvements, and
WHEREAS, the developer has sumbitted a letter wherein he indicates that such work has
been completed and therefore requests release of said $3,350.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected said work and finds it to be satisfactory and
therefore recommends the release of the $3,350.0^.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $3,350.00 covering off site
improvements for the Ranchview Manor Addition is hereby reduced to $0.00 and the
Finance Director is hereby authorized to return the Certificate of Deposit to I.T. Maus,
Hussman Investment Company.
