ursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City
ouncil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held o the 3rd r day
of June 19_ The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
ppt on RESOLUTION NO. 75- 280
RECEIVING REPORT AND 'CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 512 -
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted March 24, 1975, a report has been =.
prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of -30th Avenue between Jewel
Lane and County Road 24 within the plat known as Shiloh.Addition.by providing sanitary surer,
'water main, services and all necessary appurtenances to serve two adjacent properties legally,
described as ptat_43720, parcel 7570 and plat 43720, parcel 7597 located south of County Road 24
and west of 30th Avenue, and this report was received by the Council on J unP 2, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF,THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council wi11•consider the improvement of said street in accordance with the report
and the assessment of bdfeefitting property legally described as plat 43720, parcel 7570 '
ID and plat 43720, parcel.7597 lying within the City of Plymouth, County of Hennepin. Minnesota
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to -Minnesota Stdtutes Section
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimted total c,st of the
improvement of $5,600. 00.
2. 'A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 7th day.of July. 1975
in tine Council Chambers of the City n,N is Works Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North,
at 7:30 p.m. and the -Clerk shall ,ive mailed and published notice of .such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
3. The project shall be financed from the construction fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Snaeth _
