HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-271LJ qW W CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _mss e�cial meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of June , 1975 . The following members were present: Ma or Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent:_ nnna Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-271 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR'WILLIAM C. SIELOFF FOR HOME OCCUPATION - TAXIDERMY WHEREAS, William C. Sidloff has requested a Conditional Use Permit to do taxidermy of game birds at his residence, 17225 -12th Avenue North, Plymouth, Minnesota, and; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval; • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of William C. Sieloff to do taxidermy of game birds in his home at 17225 -12th Avenue North be and hereby is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. No signs be allowed. 2. No employees other than petitioner. 3. No outside storage of waste and/or materials incidnetal to his operation. 4. That this CUP be for a one-year term, renewable annually. The motion for thadoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coancilman Neeils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the .
