CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of May , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
,RESOLUTION NO. 75-263
DESIGNATING THE FIRM OF BERGSTEDT, WAHLBERG, BERGGUIST AND ROHKOHL AS
ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS FOR REMODELING OF FIRE STATION NO. 1 AND CONSTRUCTION OF
FIRE STATION NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City Council has sought proposals for architectural servicc;s for
the remodeling of Fire Station No. I and construction of Fire Station No. 2, and
WHEREAS, proposals from numerous firms were received and reviewed by a screening
committee appointed by this Council, and
WHEREAS, this Council has received the report of the screening committee and has
interviewed two firms recommended by the committee,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposal for complete architectural and ergineering services
for the remodeling of Fire Station No. 1 and the construction of Fire Station No. 2
submitted by Bergstedt, Wahlberg, Bergquist and Rohkohl be and the same is hereby
accepted subject to satisfactory working oot of fees.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
folloring voted in favor thereof ----Mayor Hilde, Councilman Neils and Seibold.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
