The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. _ The following members were absent: ,,,,,,p Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTIkjN 75-260 RESOLUTION APPROVING PASSAGE AND CONTENT OF CHAPTER 84, LAWS OF 1975, AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH TO REFUND TEMPORARY IMPRCVEMENT BONDS WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Minnesota did enact Chapter 84, Laws of 1975, authorizing the City of Plymouth to issue refunding at maturity the principal amount of any of its • temporary improvement bu,ids issued during the years 1969 to 1975, and WHEREAS, Section 2 of said chapter requires that before such act can become effective it must be approved by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth as follows: 1. The City Council does hereby approve the enactment of Chapter 84, Laws of 1975, authorizing the City Council to refund temporary improvement bonds for the purpose of paying and refunding at maturity the principal amount of any of its temporary improvement bonds issued during the years 1969 to 1975. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to file with the Secretary of State of the State of Minnesota a certified copy of this resolution together with the appropriate certificate showing the approval of such Chapter 84 by the City Council.
