• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of May , 19 75 . The following members w, -re present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopt
RESOLUTION NO. 75-255
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF PREVIOUSLY PLATTED
11th AVENUE NORTH BETWEEN JUNEAU LANE AND HARBOR LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the Essex Construction Company has
petitioned the City Council for vacation of 11th Avenues North between
Juneau Lane and Harbor Lane, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be
in order,
e NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of June 16th, 1975
at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Champers, Public Works Building, as the time and place
for the public hearing on said petition, and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: --Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
