HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-254W W CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of May , 19_Z5_. The following members were present: ,Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth, owing memoers were Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-254 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR PERKINS CAKE AND STEAK OF PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER (A-377) WHEREAS, Perkins Cake and Steak has petitioned the City of Plymouth for approve of . a Site Plan with variances for a restaurant facility on Block 1. Lot 4 "Plymouti, Freeway Center, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said petition and recommends approval with modifications, •NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and does approve said site plan subject to the following conditions, modifications and variances: 1. Parking setback variance along the northerly 200 feet of the east property line on the basis of unique site features. 2. Modification and variance to allow two wall signs based on unique use characteristics of the site and the allowance of one pylon sign 64 square feet as per code with five (5) foot setback. 3. That a fees -in -lieu payment of $965.00 (1.93 acres X $500.00) be made by the petitioner in sati5factlon of park dedication requirements, prior to building permit issuance. 4. That no building permit be issued until such time as the final plat and Development Contract is e..cuted for Plymouth Freeway Center. S. That an approved landscape plan be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit to the Director ;f Planning and Community Development and that petitioner be required to post a performance bond for completion of that landscape plan ith-appropriate completion date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hnt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the • following vote in favor t�T: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. e tollowing voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
