CITY OF PLYMOUTH
•+ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of May , 19 75 . The following members were present:

moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 75-252
APPROVING THE AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER (A-377)
WHEREAS, the B.W. and Leo Harris Company has petitioned the City of Plymouth for
amendment to the Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit for the "Plymouth
Freeway Center" (A-377) Project, and
WdEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said petition and attachments as
signed and dated by the Commission Chairman "May 7, 1975" and recommended approval
thereof,-
NOW,
hereof,-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the amended "Plymouth Freeway Center"
(A-377) Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit as signed and dated "May 7, 1975"
by the Planning Commission Chairman.
FURTHER, that said CUP approval include the provision for one pylon sign on Lot 4,
Block 1 as per plans signed and dated "May 7, 1975" by the Chairman of the Planning
Commission.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secon�ed by
Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
