CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day
of "I , 197_. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution ano
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-251
REQUIRING PROPER PERFORMANCE BOND FOR BIKE PATHS
WHEN BUILDING PERMITS ARE ISSUED FOR LOTS 6, 7,
8, 9 OR 10
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth by its Resolution No. 74-82
placed certain conditions on the execution of Resolution No. 74-81 approving
the Final Plat for the "Sagamore" Development, and;
WHEREAS, condition No. 4 of said Resolution No. 74-82, involving the posting
of a performance bond for the construction of walk -bikeway within said develop-
ment, would appear to be untimely; -
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should and hereby does amend the provisions of said condition No. 4
of Resolution No. 74-82 to provide for posting of said bond in an amount to be
determined by the City Engineer prior to issuance of building permits for
construction on Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 of said Plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde. Councilman Hunt. Neils,
and S aeth
The following voted against or abstained: Counci man Seibold
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
