CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a seecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day
of May , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 248
RESOLUTION HIRING CONSULTANTS FOR PLYMOUTH TRAILS SYSTEM PLAN AND
PLANNING/EXECUTION OF A PILOT NEIGHBORHOOD PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council has sought proposals for planning ser.Tices for the pre-
paration of a Trails System Plan and planning/execution of a Pilot Neighbornood
Park, and
WHEREAS, proposals from numerous firms were received and reviewed by a screening
. committee appointed by this Council, and
WHEREAS, this Council has received the report of the screening committee and has
interviewed three firms recommended by the committee,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposal for complete planning services for the preparation of
a Trails System Plan and the planning/execution of a Pilot Neighborhood Park sub-
mitted by Beclanan, Yoder .md Seay be and the same is hereby accepted.
FURTHER, that the sum of $25,000.00 be transferred from the Contingency Fund Account
(101-190-899) to the Planning Department Consulting Fund (101-120-804) for the pur-
pose of disbursement for the services authorized hereby.
FURTHER, that $25,000.00 from the 1975 Community Development Revenue Sharing Grant
be credited to the Contingency Fund Account (101-190-899) when such grant is received.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Nei)s , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mavar HildP, Councilmen Hunt, Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against orabstained: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
