Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�s eci�al meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was —held on the 12th day
of may , 19 75 . The following members were present:

e following members were absent: Councilman Hunt.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75- 244
SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
AMENDMENT TO LAND USE GUIDE PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his report dated May 9 has reported
on his negotiations with the Hennepin County Park Reserve
District regarding the payment of special assessments on
the proposed regional park to be located at Medicine Lake,
and,
• WHEREAS, this Council affirms the recommendations of the Manager
contained in that report,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that the Council schedule a public hearing for
Monday, June 9, at 7:30 p.m. at the Armstrong High School
for the purpose of considering an amendment to the City's
Land Use Guide Plan which would provide for a regional park
as proposed by the Hennepin County Park Reserve District.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
• Counc`lman Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor ereo yor Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Seibold
and Spaeth.
The following voted against orabstained., e.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
