`ursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day

RESOLUTION NO. 75- 243
PETITION FOR VACATION OF STREET
AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, a majority of owners of property adjacent to East Medicine Lake Road between
36th Avenue and County Road 9 have submitted a petition to vacate said East Medicine
Lake Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
that a public hearing be held on June 2, 1975 at 7:30 p.m at the City Council Chambers
at the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North to consider the vacation of
East Medicine Lake Road between 36th Avenue North and County Road 9 within the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof Mavnr Hilde. Councilmen _Seihnld and Cnaa+h
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
