The following members were present Mayor Hilde Councilmen Seihnld and Snapth_ The following members were absent Councilmen Hunt and Neils Councilman`s aeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its a option. RESOLUTION NO. 75-24 2-B ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT NO. 509 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of the following streets: a) 28th Avenue from the cul-de-sac west of Pilgrim Lane to Quaker Lane b) 27th Avenue cul-de-sac west of Pilgrim Lane c) 27th Avenue cut-de-sa west of Quaker Lane d) Quaker Lane from 28th Avenue to approximately 600 feet south to the terminus in cul-de-sac e) Pilgrim Lane from approximately 200 feet north of 28th Avenue to approximately 1100 feet south of 28th Avenue f) curb and gutter south sides of Lots 1, and 2, Block 1 and Block 2, and.upgrade existing Pilgrim Lane surface to 7 ton design, all within the proposed plat of Medicine Ridge Addition; on the east side of Quaker Lane from 28th Avenue to approximately 600 feet south to terminus in cul-de-sac; on the north side of 28th Avenue from Pilgrim Lane to Quaker Lane, said streets being adjacent to Medicine Ridge Addition; by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm •drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances, was duly presented to the Council on the 21st day of October, 1974, and WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 21, 1974, a report has been. prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the Council on April 7, 1975, and WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 7th day of April 1975 fixed the date for a Council hearing on the above referenced improvement, and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of ApriIJ 975 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:, 1. Such portions of the improvement are hereby ordered as listed below and as proposed in the Council resolution adopted May 12, 1975. A. Sanitary sewer, water main, bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances on the following streets: a. Pilgrim Lane from approximately 200 feet north of 28th Avenue to approximately 1100 feet south of 28th Avenue, which shall include concrete curb and gutter and bituminous overlay for streets adjacent to Lot 1 and 2, Block 1, and Lot 1 and 2, Block 2, Medicine Ridge Addition. n Resolution No. 75-244 Page 2. b. 28th Avenue cul-de-sac west of Pilgrim Lane. c. 27th Avenue North cul-de-sac west of Pilgrim Lane. . B. Complete storm drainage facilities as outlined in the preliminary engineering report for Project No. 509. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, -nd upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
