CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day
of May , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-242
APPROVING SUNDAY SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR RICHARD 0. NICHOLS, DBA CYRANO'S RESTAURANI; INC.
WHEREAS, an application for Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License has been
received by the City Council from Mr. Richard 0. Nichols, dba Cyrano's Restaurant,
Inc., 3005 Harbor Lane, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 4.16.1, Plymouth
Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT NrREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
. MINNESOTA that the Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License be approved for
Richard -0. Nichols, dba Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc. for a period effective
May 1, 1975 through January 31, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
.Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof:_ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
