•Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of May 19 75 . The following members were present:

ACCEPTING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING
PROJECT NO. TH 101/CR 6
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 30, 1974 a report
has been prepared Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. in reference to the
improvement of T.H. 101 between.T.H. 12 and approximately 1000 feet north of County Road 6
as well as the intersection of County Road 6 and T.H. 101 by the installition.of sanitary
sewer, water main, storm sewer, 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter ,
sidewalks and all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council
on May 5, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
• 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report `
and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
• improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statc• Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Ch. 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of $1,357,859.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 2nd day of June,
1975 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Build:ag, 14900 23rd Avenue
North at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of said
hearing and improvement as required by law.
3. The project will be financed from the construction fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Spaeth. _
The following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
