Cogncilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION N0. 75-239 SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR LIFT STATION 1 TO LIFT STATION A - PROJECT 513 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota adopted Resolution No. 75-155 dated March 24, 1975 wherein the consulting engineering firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. were authorized to proceed with the preparation of final plans and specifications for Project No. 513, Sanitary Sewer Trunk One from Lift Station 1 to Lift Station A, WHEREAS, this sanitary sewer interceptor is in accordance with the Comprehensive Sewer Plan for the City of Plymouth. Minnesota which has been approved by the Metropolitan'Council, WHEREAS, this interceptor trunk sewer will connect into the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's sewer lift station located on the north side of T.H. 55 at County Road 18 for which a permit is required by the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, - NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: that the City Engineer is hereby authorized to make applicationfir said permit to connect the sanitary sewer trunk line from lift Station 1 to Lift Station A (Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Lift Station) Project No. 513 on behalf of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman i , and upon vote being taken thereon. the 'Following voted in favor thereof Mayor Hilde. Councilman Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth ine Tottowing votes Whereupon the Resol ainst orabstained: none. on was declared duly passed and adopted.
