RESOLUTION No. 2009-135
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE "NO PARKING"
30 FEET EACH SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE
AT 10400 45TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by the property management for the
Gramercy Park Cooperative of Plymouth at 10400 45th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that parking 30 feet each side of the
driveway is not needed to serve the immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby,
authorizes the installation of "No Parking" signs 30 feet each side of Driveway
Entrance at 10400 45th Avenue.
