Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was eh Td on the 5th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-236
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF BOND REQUIREMENT
FOR TRI-STATE AUTO AUCTION FROM $30,000 TO $15,000
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 19, 1973 by Resolution 73-109 did approve of
a site plan for Tri-State Auto Auction, and;
WHEREAS, said approval required as a condition thereof the posting of a performance
bond by the petitioner for site improvements determined by staff to be in the amount
of $30,000, and;
10 WHEREAS, said bond was so posted in the form of a Letter of Credit and said
petitioner now requests reduction in said bond to an amount of $5,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and does authorize and direct reduction of the bond
requirement for Project A-455 (Tri-State Auto Auction) from $30,000 to $15,000
based on the staff recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the developer be informed the landscaping is to be
completed by October 1 of this year and that no further reduction in any of the
bonds will be allowed until all the work is completed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
