CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of May 19 75 The following members were present: The following members were absent: Councilman Neils. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its a opt on: RESOLUTION �� NO. 7y5- 235 ORDDEERWOObELANENA EAREPORT WHEREAS, a certain petition from the residents on Deerwood Lane between Ridgemount Avenue .and County Road 15 was received by the City Council on May 5, 1975, relative to the improvement of the existing drainage facilities on Deerwood Lane between Ridgemount Avenue and County Road 15 as well as improving the existing ditch between County Road 15 and T.H. 55, WHEREAS, in tight of this petition it is'proposed to make certain drainage improvements in the aforementioned area by implementing the recommendations found in the Storm Drainage Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota dated March 12, 1973, for drainage district BC -77, and tk, assess the benefitted property for all or a portion ,f the costs of the improvement, *pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended), WHEREAS, since some of the drainage tributary to the aforementioned c,eek alothg Deerwood Lane ' enters Plymouth from the City of Minnetonka, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to'whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or ticonjunction with some improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as -recommended. PE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager contact the City of Minnetonka relative to participation in this improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold, and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None.
