Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, wasd on the 5th day
of May , 19_1L. The following members were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 75-234
REFERRING PETITION FOR INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER - LOT 3.
WAYZATA FARMSTEADS, TO THE CITY ENGINEER
WHEREAS, a certain petition was received by the City Council on May 5. 1975
relative to the feasibility of extending sanitary sewer service on 3rd Avenue
west from its terminus to provide a sewer connection for the property at
17910 - 3rd Avenue North legally described as the East 165 feet of Lot 3,
Wayzata Farmsteads, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of having a preliminary investigation
made prior to ordering full engineering report.
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instuucted to report to the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fo ow ng voted in favor thereof:— Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt.
Seibold and Spaeth. ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
