Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �reg4larr meeting of the City
Council of the City of Pl)=uth. Minnesota. was held on the 5th day
of Ma I. 1975 . The following members were present:

Moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-233
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
OF PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION
DELOS TAYLOR - (A-571)
WHEREAS. Delos Taylor has requested approval of a Final Plat of
'Plgyhouse Industrial Park Secant Addition', and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Plannirg Commission has reviewed said requests and
recommends approval, and
WHEREAS. the City Staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Final Plat of `Playhouse Industrial Park Second Addition" and
the Development Contract for said plat be hereby approved, and that the Mayor and
the City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City subject to the following condition:
Dedication of Outlot A to the City for storm drainage
and ponding purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman SeAeth "and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:_ Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Seibold,
and Spaeth.
