CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 5th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-232
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
FOR GREENTREE WEST - EARL NELSON - (A-468)
WHEREAS, Earl Nelson has requested approval of a Final Plat of Greentree West
containing 124 lots, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said requests and
recommends approval, and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a Development Contract covering
the improvements related to said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Final Plat (Exhibit A) and the Development Contract (Exhibit B)
(as amended) for Greentree West be hereby approved, and that the Mayor and
the City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof:. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold
and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
