Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-230
CONSOLIDATING A SMALL TRIANGULAR PARCEL OF LAND
FROM THE SAGAMORE PARCEL - FRED Jit MENGELKOCH (A-613)
WHEREAS, Fred Mengelkoch, owner of Parcel A and Parcel C has requested that
these parcels be further consolidated, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the consolidation of said
Parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the
purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that a
refusal to permit such a consolidation would create an unnecessary hardship
on such owner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA as follows:
I. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4 Minnesota
Statutes, and Chapter VII of the City Code'as related to the division or
consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the
following described parcels:
Parcel A
Plat 43713 Parcel 1215 a/k/a West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/2 of
the Northwest 1/2 of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22 except roads.
Parcel C
Plat 43713 Parcel 1220. All that part of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 13, Township 118, Range 22 described as commencing at the Northeast
corner of said West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence
South 20 58' 22" West along the East line of said West 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 a distance of 1043.91 feet to the actual point of
beginning of land to be described; thence continuing South 20 58' 22" West
along the East line of said West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 a distance of 114.85 feet; thence Southwesterly on a curve concave to
thS North having a radius of 10,000.0 feet and a chord bearing of South
88 31' 15" West a distance of 203.75 feet; thence Northeasterly on a curve
concave to the Northwest having a radius of 250.0 feet and a chord bearing

of North 600 13' 10" East a distance of 247.71 feet to the actual point of
beginning. Subject to easement for sewer and water main purposes.
Subjec'> to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any.
2. The City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this Resolution
for recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
