The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following membe••s were absent: Councilman Neils. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-228 APPROVING CONSOLIDATION OF THAT PORTION OF LOTS 7-10, BLOCK 8 SUBURBANDALE ON PARKER LAKE ALL LYING SOUTH OF THE NORTH 200 FEET OF SAID LOTS 7-10, BLOCK 8 WITH ALL OF LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 8 SUBURBANDACE.ON PARKER LAKE EXCEPT STREET ROW RONALD D. OLSON (A-422) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of the division of Rearranged Lots 7-10, Block 8 "Suburbandale on Parker Lake" as requested by Ronald D. Olson, and WHEREAS, Ronald D. Olson has requested the consolidation of Parcel 6636 Plat 44600 with a portion of Rearranged Lots 7-10, Block 8 "Suburbandale on Parker Lake, and WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval, and WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such consolidation would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota Statutes, and Chapter VII of the City Code as related to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the following described lots: That portion of Lots 7-10, Block 8, "Suburbandale on Parker Lake" all lying south of the north 200 feet of said Lots 7-10, Block 8 to be consolidated with all of Lots 5 and 6, Block 8 "Suburbandale on Parker Lake" except street ROW. Resolution No. 75-228 May 5, 1975 Page 2 2. The City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution for recording purposes. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: Mayor Hilde abstained. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 40 0
