CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Cit_v
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of May , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolut-.an and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-227
APPROVING CONDITIONS OF CONSOLIDATION
OF PARCEL 6636 PLAT 44600 WITH A PORTION OF
REARRANGED LOTS 7-10, BLOCK 8 SUBURBANDALE ON PARKER LAKE
RONALD D. OLSON (A-422)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved of the division
of Rearranged Lots 7-10, "Suburbandale on Parker Lake" as requested by Ronald D. Olson;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that copies of the resolution approving said subdivision shall not be
filed with the County until the following conditions are met:
1. Cash donation to the Park Dedication Fund in -the amount of
$300.00 be paid.
2. The dedication of an easement to the City for storm drainage
purposes.
3. The dedication of 10 feet of ROW to the City along 12th Avenue North.
4. Parcel CC be consolidated with Parcel 6636 Plat 44600 to make one parcel.
5. The culvert under the railroad track which was blocked when petitioner
built his house will be cleaned out.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
rollowing voted to favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: r i
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
