Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-226 DIVIDING REARRANGED LOTS 7-10, BLOCK 8 SUBURBANDALE ON PARKER LAKE, INTO THREE PARCELS RONALD D. OLSON (A-422) WHEREAS, Ronald D. Olson, owner of Rearranged Lots 7-10, Block 8 "Suburbandale on Parker Lake" has requested that this lot be further subdivided, and WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed saia request and recommends approval, and WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that a refusal to permit such consolidation would create an unnecessary hardship on such owner, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4, Minnesota Statutes, and Chapter VII of thn City Code as related to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved with respect to the following described lots: Parcel AA: All of the north 200 feet of Lots 9 and 10 all in Block 8, Suburbandale on Parker Lake (Rearranged), Hennepin County, Minnesota. Parcel BB: All of the north 200 feet of former lots 7 and 8 all in Block 8, Suburbandale on Parker Lake (Rearranged), Hennepin County, Minnesota. Parcel CC: All of Lots 7-10, Block 8, Suburbandale on Parker Lake (Rearranged) except the north 200 feet all in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Resolution No. 75-226 • May 5, 1975 Page 2. 2. Variances be granted for lot width of 100 feet. 3. The City Clerk is directed to prepare a certified copy of this resolution for recording purposes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: Mayor Hilde abstained. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. rI L 0
