The following mcirbers were present: Hilde. e 1`0 lowing mer ers ��ere a sent: Councilman Neils. ilmn Seibold introduced the following Resolution and move lts adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-225 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - PAN -0 -GOLD BAKING COMPANY (A414) WHEREAS, Pan -O -Gold Baking, Inc. has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a retail baked goods sales outlet at the northwest corner of Highway 55 and South Shore Drive, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval thereof with stated conditions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve said Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions: 1. No outside storage of waste or materials. 2. A sign plan be submitted to the Director of Planning and Community Development. This sign area should be no more than 126 square feet and a maximum height of 36 feet. 3. A total of 23 parking spaces be delineated to comply with Ordinance requirements (1 space for each 100 square feet of floor area and each employee). 4. The center entrance drive be blocked off. Within one year from now if the bakery continues to operate, concrete curb and rock to be spread over closed entrance drive. 5. A plan reflecting Conditions 2, 3 and 4 be submitted to and approved by the Director of Planning and Community Development prior to occupancy. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt.
