CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_r meet;ng of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the 5th day

Councilmen Hun; introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-224
DIRECTING REIMBURSEMENT OF CONDITIANAL USE PERMIT FEE TO WILLIAM SUMPTER
WHEREAS, it appears that acceptance for processing of the application and fee
for a Conditional Use Permit for William Sumpter (A-520) was pursuant to an
interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance that said Conditional Use Permit would
be allowable action in an I-1 zone, and
WHEREAS, subsequent opinion of the City Attorney, affirmed by adoption of
Resolution No. 75-223 reverses the earlier interpretation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and does direct reimbursement of Condit:znal Use Permit
fees to the applicant.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seib ld , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Hunt
Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
