CITY OF PLYMOUTH
• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a- regular of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of May , 19_Z5_. The following members were present:
Mavor Hilde_ Cnuncilmen Hunt_ Seibold and Spaeth.
ng members were absent: Councilman
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-223
DENYING CONDITIONAL US PERMIT - AUTO BODY SHOP
WILLIAM SUMPTER (A-520)
WHEREAS, William Sumpter has requested a Conditional Use Permit to operate an
automobile body repair and paint shop at 9854 - 13th Avenue North, and,
W4EREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends denial
t iereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and does make the fallowing finding with respect to the
petitioned action:
That the proposed use is first permitted in the I-2 zone and therefore
prohibited as a conditional use in the I-1 zone.
Further, that based on the stated finding the subject petition be and the same is
hereby denied.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foilowing voted in favor thereof: aver Hildp- rni,nrilmen Hunt.

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
