�Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
ouncil of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of May 19 75 . the following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibuld and Spaeth. -

Cou%ilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75- 221
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT NO. 518

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 21, 1975, a report has been
prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the
improvement of the streets in the Plymouth Freeway Center Addition (legally described
as that part of the Northwest � of the�Southwest % of Section 22., Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota lying northerly of State Trunk Highway 55 and westerly of
Interstate Highway No. 494 and westerly of the east line of the west 48.88 rods thereof)
by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, 9 ton bituminous streets with concrete
curb and gutter, and necessary storm drainage facilities, and this report was received by
the Council on May 5, 1975
WHEREAS, the petitioner waives all rights to public improvement hearings and special
• assessment hearings,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutidr, adopted
May 5, 1975.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates. Inc..is hereby desigr.,ted as engineer.for
this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
3. The petitioner waives all rights to public improvement hearings and special assessment
hearings.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cr;uncilman Seibo'id , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Spaeth.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
