The following menbers were absent: Councilman KiTTs Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75- 220 RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING PROJECT NO. 516 - 36TH AVENUE FROM ZACHARY LANE TO WEST LINE OF MISSION RIDGE PLAT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 7. 1975. a report has been prepared by Bonestroo. Rosene. Anderlik and Associates. Inc. with reference to the improvement of 36th Avenue from Zachary Lane to the West line of Mission Ridge Plat (West line of the East .1S of the Southwest '; of the Southeast li Section 14). by the construction of bituminous streets, rural section and necessary appurtenances. and this report was received by the Council- on May 5, 1975, NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in a,-cordance with the report • and the assessment of abutting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. Ch. 398. as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $38,640.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 19th day of May. 1975 in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building. 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. 3. The project is to be financed from the construction fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mayor Hilde_ Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
