Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of u� , 19 75 The following members were present:
Mayor--iFilde,-CunclT�men Hunt, leibold and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-215
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR STORAGE BUILDING —THOMAS FORESTER (x,.611)
WHEREAS, Thomas Forester has applied for site plan and C.U.P. approval to construct
a 40' x 76' storage'building on a 10.8 acre site at the northwest corner of
County Road 9 and Zachary Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said application and recommends
approval thereof with stated conditions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve said site plan and C.U.P, upon
the condition that there be no outside storage of waste or materials.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Copncjlwn Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
