Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day
of April 192x. The following members were present:

Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-213
ESTABLISHING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REGARDING
ASSESSMENT AND FUNDING PRACTICES FOR STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed a revised statement of policies and procedures
regarding the assessment and funding of storm drainage systems as a means of
further clarifying its normal assessments practices;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the policies and procedures regarding assessments and funding for stormy
drainage systems as amended by this Council be and the same is hereby approved.
