Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-212
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR -
HANDLING CITY'S INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the staff was directed to prepare a policy resolution
regarding establishing procedures for handling the City's
insurance program, and
WHEREAS, such a policy has been proposed by the Manager in his
report dated April 23, 1974 and has been reviewed by the
Council,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth that the City insurance program policy as
recommended by the City Manager in his report dated
April 23, 1975 be and the same is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun ilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Seibold and Spaeth
