Is Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 5 ecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved iti adoption:
RESG.UTION NO. 75-211
REFERRING THE REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN FOR
CRICKET INN'/FERNBROOK AND HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, Cricket Inn has submitted a Site Plen for construction of a facility
on Lot 3, Block 1 of the proposed Plymouth Freeway Center developemnt, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended denial of said Site Plan with
stated reasons,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does redirect said Site Plan to the petitioner,
the Planning Commission and Staff for review and -modification.
Further, that said modification reflect the following:
1. City Code requirements with respect to the size of off-street
parking spaces.
2. City Code requirements with respect to the setback of parking
from property lines.
3. Provision rf a separate point of access to the Site from Empire Lane.
4.' Substitution of one additional wall sign of the design dated April 11, 1975
for the onsite pylon site now proposed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman SEibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
to] lowing voted in favor tereot:-vor Hilda. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold. and
The folding voted against or abstained none}
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
