Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day

Cquncijman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-209
APPROVING APPLICATION FOR AUTOMOBILE DEALER LICENSE
WHEREAS, Charls J. Walton, dba Walton Ford, Inc., has submitted an application
for Autombile Dealer License to the City Council for approval, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 18, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for Automobile Dealer License of
.Charles J. Walton, dba Walton Ford, Inc., be approved for a period May 1,
1975 through April 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
