SPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reg4lar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 91st day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-208
APPROVING GARPAGE HAULER LICENSES
WHEREAS, the firms listed below have submitted applications for renewal of Garbage
Hauler Licenses to the City Council for approval, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 14, City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the applications for Garbage Hauler License of the firms listed below be
approved for the license period April 1, 1975 through March 31, 1976.

Eden Prairie Sanitation Company
7298 Prairie View Drive
Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55343
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils *and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Seibold.
