Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-207
ASSESSMENT CORRECTION - LEVY 6098 WEED ERADICATION
WHEREAS, the City assessed 44299-5400 for weed eradication in the amount of $8.75
and
WHEREAS, the property owner did not benefit by weed eradication,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the weed eradication assessment levied against 44299-5400 under
Levy 6098 in the amount of $8.75 be removed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Nei , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Acting Mavnr papt I- rnunrilmagi Neiji
The Tol lowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
