RESOLUTION NO..75-201 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND MINING PROJECTS FOR BIDDING, t, AND ORDERING ADVERTISMNT FORBIDS PROJECT NO. 416 - CARLSON COMPANIES ADDITION , PROJECT 302-001 - RATER` MAIN TRUNKS CONNECTION TO ,Tmk ENT KANT WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on February 10, 1975, Bionnestroo, Rosen, Anderl;ik and Associates, Inc. have prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of'Xenium Lane 'from approximately 1300 feet south of the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks to the new alignment of County Road 15 as shorn on the plat of GN son Companies Addition; on 13th Avenue North between %onium Lane and Peripheral Road; on Berkshire Lane between the new alignment of County Road 16 and 13th Avenue; all shown in tj plat of Carlson Companies Addition by the installation of sanitary sewer, water mein, storm sewer and 9 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on Dwcamber 17, 1973, Bonestroo, Rosen, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. have prepared plans and specifications for the construction of the necessary water mein trunk lines to connect the existing wells to the. 13 MGD iron removal water treatment plantand has presented such plans and specifications p the Council for approval, =NOM, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMQ M. MIIMIM 1. Projects No. 416 and 302-001 are combined for bidding purposes. 2. Such plans and specifications, • copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 3. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvemAnt u er such 7 pprov pan and specifications. The advertisement shall be published fol three days, shall specify the work to be done. shell state that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 2:00 P.M. on May 16, 1975 at which time they will be publicly Open" in the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avow No by the City Manager and the City Engineer and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 p.m. on May 19, 1975 in the Council Chambers, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit cashiers cher bid bond, or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent 155) of the amount of such bid.' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Couneilmen Neiis. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmen Noi'ls and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed' and adopted.
