Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Sgegial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2Bth day
of April , 19 75 . The following members were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 75-192
REFERRING REQUEST FOR AbENDMENT TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND STAFF
WHEREAS, B.W. and.Leo Harris Co. has presented an amended Preliminary Plat and
request for a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Business Development dated
March 28, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said proposals and recommends
denial for stated reasons,
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does redirect said proposals to the petitioner,
staff and the Planning Commission for study and modification.
Further, that said study and modification carefully consider the following:
1. City Council Resolution 74-47 with respect to setbacks and driveway access.
2. Delineation of usage for Lot 2, Block 1.
3. Planning Commission and City Council actions concerning the proposed site
plans of Lots 3 and 4. Block 1.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
