Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Spegial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day
of April 19_x. The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-190
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AMD PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 515 - COUNTY ROAD 9 SERVICE ROAD
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 7th day of April, 1975 fixed a
date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the service road on the
north side of County Road 9 between Nathan Lane and County Ri.:d 18 by the installation
of water main lateral service and all necessary appurtenances, and
V REAS, ,ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
.the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of April,
1975 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
April.28, 1975,
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improveme,'. He shall prepare plans and specifications foil
the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
