CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on a 91st day of
April , 19 75 . The following members were present: Acting Mayor
Haunt Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following membets were absent: M-555—F—Mde
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-189
DENYING REQUEST FOR LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED PROPERTY
LOTS 7-10 BLOCK 8 - RONALD D. OLSON
WHEREAS, Ronald D. Olson, owner of Rearranged Lots 7-10. Block 8,"Suburbandale
on Parker's Lake" has requested that this lot be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed said request and made the following findings:
1. Proposed parcel division would consist of lots that are under
City Ordinance requirements.
2. Proposed parcel division would result in a land -locked parcel
unless consolidation was effected.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the request of Ronald D. Olson be denied based upon the above
stated findings.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon% the following voted in favor
thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
