Seibold and Spaeth hhe a owing memmbers were absent: Mayor Hilde *stir Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and MoVed its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-187 REQUESTING RENEWAL OF A CONDITIONAL.USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A DOG GROOMING SERVICE HOME OCCUPATION 11624 HIGHWAY 55 WHEREAS, Lorraine H. Beam has requested renewal of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a dog grooming service home occupation within her residence at 11624 Highway 55, and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval, . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a Conditional Use Permit renewal for Lorraine H. Beam to operate a dog grooming service home occupation in her residence at 11624 Highway 55 be approved for a period of one year subject to the following condition: no advertising signs be allowed on property.
