RESOLUTION NO. 75-186
CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING APPROVED LOT
DIVISION WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS, Fritz J. Gullickson has requested a lot division of unplatted property
(Plat 43734. Parcel 8046) dated December 27, 1972, and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said lot division of unplatted property be granted subject to the
following conditions:
I. ROW as needed be dedicated to the City along Zinnia Lane, i.e.
30 feet.
2. ROW as needed be dedicated to the City for County Road 61 along
the East side of proposed Parcel C, i.e. 2,330 square feet.
3. Cash payment to the City's Park Dedication Fund of $300.00 i.e.
$150.00 for each new lot.
4. Any new utility connection; i.e. sewer and water be added
at the owner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth . and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa�nd adopted.
